Hammer Performance Assurance is proactive testing solutions designed for specific vendor environments. Working with our partners, Empirix created testing scripts designed to emulate specific Avaya, Genesys and Cisco environments. These services also utilize co-developed virtual agent simulators (VAS) to test and verify transactions down to the agent desktop.
Utilizing the Hammer On-Call® infrastructure and the expertise of our partner’s consultants, Empirix delivers quality assurance testing solutions and performance testing tools that stress specific components of:- Avaya CTI Technology, IVR and VP technology

At the start of the engagement, test experts from Empirix and the partner work with you to develop a testing strategy that aligns with your business objectives and timelines. Then, leveraging industry-leading Hammer technology from Empirix and the co-developed Virtual Agent Simulator (VAS), test experts will work with you to create tests that emulate real-world traffic and call volume to pinpoint errors and performance bottlenecks from the switch to the agent and backend databases.
At the end of each engagement, a scalability report is produced that includes a summary of final system performance, highlights from the quality assurance testing sessions, and recommendations for improving performance.
